We are very proud of our eco ethos. If you have any particular questions about any of our products please ask, but we have tried to highlight the best bits below. 🍫 Our chocolate supplier is Josh's Chocolate. These delicious treats are made locally, cutting down on delivery admissions. The wrapping is entirely recyclable. Any palm oil used is certified sustainable, and they have perfectly yummy vegan options too. 🕯️ We have a range of fabulous candle suppliers - Parkminster, Wildrace, and The Recycled Candle Company. Parkminster have wholesale workshops in Cornwall, employing lots of local talent. Their essential oil blends create gorgeous, non-artificial and non-toxic smells. Their candles come in glass jars which are reusable or recyclable. Wildrace is a female owned candle businesses who use natural ingredients and recyclable materials to create lovely little scented candles for all to enjoy. The Recycled Candle Company is an Exeter based business who give new life to old candles, saving them from landfill and transforming them into elegant staples for every home. Occasionally we supply candles from Chickedee Homewares, their conscious candles are made from coconut wax, an even more sustainable alternative. 🌿 Greenfibres is a textiles company based in Totnes who source the highest quality organic and natural textiles. They support fair pay for goods and services and have worked hard to minimise “textile-miles” and to help re-establish and support local textile production and manufacture in the UK and Europe. 🍬 We source our other sweet treats from Sweet Yourself Vegan. Their sweets (as suggested) are entirely vegan friendly and packaged in completely recyclable packaging. ☕️ We have an amazing range of hot drinks supplied by teapigs, Paddy & Scott's, and Bird & Blend. Teapigs is part of B-Corp, and the first tea company to be certified Plastic-Free. They use 100% natural ingredients and no artificial flavourings. Paddy & Scott's coffee brew bags are biodegradable. They also have a world-first project to fund school meals in coffee growing regions around the world. In 2022 Bird & Blend announced its B-Corp and Carbon Neutral status. 🐼 We throw away 7.2 million kg's of plastic toothbrushes every year. From Earth to Earth provide every day products crafted using natural and sustainable resources; resources that come as direct from the earth as possible which can then – after it’s usefulness has passed – return to the earth as part of the natural and ecological order of things. The bamboo they use is moso bamboo, not eaten by pandas.

For vegetarians: All products are suitable for vegetarians. For vegans: All cosmetics, sweet pouches, and hot drinks are suitable for vegans. We stock a range of chocolate bars, some of which include dairy content and are therefore not suitable for vegans. The dark chocolate flavours do not contain dairy content and are therefore suitable for vegans. Gluten free: Sweet pouches and chocolate bars are gluten free, but both handled in an environment that processes gluten. Nut free: Our sweet pouch stock is nut free but handled in an environment that processes nuts. Some of our chocolate bars contain nuts as a main ingredient, and all bars are handled in a facility with nuts present. Our teabags are processed in a factory that also handles nuts. Dairy intolerance: We stock a range of chocolate bars, some of which include dairy content. The dark chocolate flavours do not contain dairy content. Soy Allergy: All chocolate bars contain Soya Lecithin, we recommend the sweet pouches as a soy free alternative treat. Most of our boxes are wrapped with a bow, a gift tag (if a gift message is provided) and posted with an outer box. Our letterbox gifts are sent without outer packaging and will therefore arrive with writing, stamps and stickers on the box. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

We dispatch all items via Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger orders are dispatched via Parcelforce Express. Once dispatched delivery should take 1-2 working days. During busy periods and strike action this will be longer. Please be aware of the industrial action taking place before placing your order at https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news Once items are dispatched they are out of our control and the responsibility of the courier. We accept no liability for items delayed in transit due to industrial action or other circumstances outside our control. Due to current complications and costs, we only dispatch to the UK.

Please inform us of any mistakes in your order as soon as possible so that we can make amendments. This includes and delivery address errors. Any replacements that have to be sent due to an incorrect address being given are covered by the buyer as per our terms and conditions.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of dispatch it is deemed lost by Royal Mail and we can therefore issue you a replacement.
